Armenia Still Hopes For EU Agreement

In an exclusive interview with RFE/RL’s Armenian Service chief of presidential staff Vigen Sarkisian says that even after the decision to join the Russia-led Customs Union Armenia will be doing its best to approach the EU Eastern Partnership Summit in Vilnius, Lithuania, in November “with the preparedness to initial the Association Agreement with the European Union.”
