Clinton Urges Final Push For Karabakh Peace

U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton urged Armenia and Azerbaijan to finalize a framework agreement to resolve the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict as she visited the two South Caucasus states on Sunday.
